How we work with businesses

We work with businesses to boost engagement and enhance employee wellbeing by supporting one of the most critical, and often overlooked, parts of the workforce: working parents.

From 1:1 coaching and inspiring talks to strategic input on shaping inclusive cultures, our solutions are practical, informal and impactful. At the heart of our work is our own unique, interactive toolkit that we’ve developed, blending workplace psychology with insights from over 300 coaching journeys.

What we offer

  • Our most in-demand programme, Parental Leave Coaching supports employees through one of the biggest transitions in working life - becoming a parent. We provide 1:1 coaching before, during and after maternity, paternity or adoption leave, helping individuals feel calm, confident and ready to thrive at work and at home.

This is where our unique toolkit really comes to life. Grounded in psychology and enriched by insights from over 200 coaching journeys, it blends reflection tools, planning frameworks and AI-powered prompts to help parents navigate change with clarity. Sessions are interactive and engaging, using virtual whiteboards to explore ideas, track progress and make space for what really matters.

  • This programme is designed for the next chapter - when parental leave is a thing of the past, but the juggle of career and family is very much ongoing. Whether they're stepping into a bigger role, returning to their career goals with fresh energy, or figuring out how to lead while staying present at home, we offer tailored 1:1 coaching to help working parents grow with clarity and confidence.

We help them navigate ambition alongside everyday life, exploring how to lead authentically, manage energy and priorities, and shape a career path that works for them. Our unique toolkit supports this journey with reflective exercises, evidence-based frameworks, and interactive virtual whiteboards to turn insight into action.

  • Group coaching brings together small groups of working parents (typically 6–8) to share experiences, learn from one another, and build a strong sense of community. Guided by a professional coach, these sessions create space for honest conversations, collective problem-solving and mutual support - helping individuals feel seen, heard and better equipped to navigate work and family life.

This programme is a powerful way to strengthen existing parent networks or to build new ones from scratch. It offers structure, momentum and meaningful connection, while also developing creative thinking, emotional resilience and a deep sense of belonging across your organisation.

  • Our bite-sized, interactive workshops are designed to build confidence, spark fresh thinking and support career development in a practical, engaging way. Sessions can be tailored for working parents - focusing on skills like confidence, communication or career planning - or for managers who want to better support the working parents in their teams.

We offer a mix of ready-to-go sessions and fully bespoke workshops, designed in partnership with you to meet the specific needs of your people. Each session blends the latest research with lived experience, and creates space for meaningful conversation, hands-on learning and small, actionable changes that make a lasting difference.

  • Our events are designed to promote meaningful conversations around working parenthood, inclusion and modern careers. Whether it’s a keynote talk, a fireside chat or a panel discussion, all sessions are led by our founder, Abby, who brings warmth and insight to every event.

These sessions can align with key calendar moments like International Women’s Day or Mental Health Awareness Week, or form part of the launch of a new policy. Each event is crafted to reflect your culture and priorities, whether your goal is to raise awareness, shift mindsets or simply create space for honest, inspiring conversations.

  • Alongside coaching and workshops, we also partner with organisations at a strategic level to help shape more inclusive, supportive cultures for working parents. Drawing on our experience in HR and ED&I we’er able to review policies, advise on best practice and offering input on how to build a culture that truly supports working parents to thrive.

A truly unique coaching toolkit designed by us, specifically for working parents.

Our bespoke set of over 20 coaching tools has been developed in-house by us, using proven coaching methods, workplace psychology, and insights from over 300 real-life coaching journeys. Created specifically for working parents, our interactive, virtual tools elevate our coaching conversations and enable true collaboration between coach and client.

Having coaching with you gave me the opportunity and confidence to talk so openly about how I’ve been feeling, which doesn’t tend to happen very naturally in a work environment. It was also great to be able to take those feelings and turn them into real actions.
